The MILL は、直接的な経験に根ざした学びの場です。
考え方だけを切り離して教えるのではなく、食を育て、土を手入れし、建物を修復し、季節の移ろいを観察する日々の営みを通して、再生のあり方を探っています。
The MILL is a place for learning rooted in direct experience. Rather than teaching ideas in isolation, we explore regeneration through daily work — growing food, caring for soil, restoring buildings, and observing seasonal change.

What We’re Building
The MILL は、再生を軸とした長期的な学びの場として育てられています。
農、クラフト、デザイン、ストーリーテリングが、短期的な成果ではなく、継続的な実践を通して結びつく場所を目指しています。私たちは、急いで広げることよりも深めることを大切にしています。
土壌を年々改良し、建物を丁寧に修復し、繰り返しと振り返り、共有された経験を通して知を積み重ねていきます。ここで行われるすべてのことは、土地と関わる人々に応じて、ゆっくりと変化し続けていくよう設計されています。
The MILL is being developed as a long-term learning space rooted in regeneration. Our aim is to create a place where farming, craft, design, and storytelling come together through real, ongoing practice — not short-term projects.
Rather than scaling quickly, we focus on depth: improving soil year by year, restoring buildings carefully, and building knowledge through repetition, reflection, and shared experience. Everything here is designed to evolve slowly, in response to the land and the people involved.
