The MILL は、藤野の里山に根ざした、小さな再生の実践プロジェクトです。
私たちは、かつての養蚕農家とその周囲の畑を少しずつ再生しながら、食を育て、土地を手入れし、学びやものづくり、コミュニティが生まれる場をつくっています。季節に寄り添った栽培と自然に即した方法を大切にし、日々の実践を通して得た学びを、経験として共有していくことを大切にしています。
The MILL is a small, regenerative project based in the satoyama landscape of Fujino. We are restoring an old silk farm and surrounding fields to grow food, care for the land, and create a place for learning, making, and community.Our focus is on seasonal growing, natural methods, and sharing what we learn through direct experience.
